About the Organization / Job for APTET 2024

The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET 2024) will be conducted, according to a notification released by the state government’s Department of School Education (AP). Candidates can read the notification and submit an online application if they are interested in the job specifics and have met the eligibility requirements.

An applicant’s eligibility to teach in Andhra Pradesh’s primary and upper elementary schools can be ascertained through the administration of the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET). Teachers who pass the APTET Level 1 test can work in elementary schools (grades 1–5), whereas teachers who pass the APTET Level 2 exam can work in upper primary schools (grades 6–8). Teachers of grades one through eight will be permitted to hire candidates who pass both of the AP TET exams.

Educational Qualifications for APTET 2024

For Paper-I A (Classes I to V): Candidates Should Possess 12th with D.El.Ed, D.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.Ed/ M.Ed
For Paper-I B (Classes I to V) (Special Schools): 12th, Diploma, PG Diploma
For TET Paper II-A (Classes VI-VIII): 12th with B.El.Ed, B.A/ B.Sc or B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed, Degree/ PG with B.Ed, B.Ed-M.Ed
For Language Teachers (Classes VI to VIII): Degree/ PG (Concerned Language)
For TET Paper II-B (Classes VI-VIII) (Special Schools): DSC, B.Ed (General/ Special Education), PGDC, PGDSC.

The AP TET-qualified candidates will be awarded the eligibility certificates. The AP TET 2024 certificates would remain valid for life. The AP TET certificate contains the following details:

1. Name and address of the candidate

2. Registration number

3. Year/ Month of award of a certificate

4. Marks obtained in each paper

5. Class level of its validity (Class 1 to 5/, 6 to 8 or Both)

How to apply for APTET 2024

Open the website APTET, www.aptet.apcfss.in
Click on the online application for the posts of the APTET Examination 2024.
Fill all the particulars in the online application carefully at appropriate places.
Upload a recent passport size photograph and signature
Pay the requisite amount of the application fee, if required
Check all the details and submit the application form
Take a printout of the APTET 2024 application form and keep it for future reference.

MOBILE PHONES BANNED for APTET 2024

The use of any mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device or storage media like pen drive, smart watches, etc. or camera or blue tooth devices or any other equipment or related accessories either in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device during the examination is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
Candidates are advised in their interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination, as no arrangement for safe-keeping will be made at the venue of the examination. Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
